About Us...
The Haywoods Permanent Way— a local railway society was founded
in 1988 by a group of 12 like minded enthusiasts whose diverse
interests in railways past and present was considered justification
for forming a local railway society.
Nowadays members not only come
from The Haywoods, but attend our meetings from Rugeley, Stafford
and further afield.
Meetings are held locally at regular intervals throughout the year, usually on the last Wednesday of the month.
